איבעיא להו היכא דקביל עליה נטירותא מהו דנפשיה הוא דקביל עליה או דלמא אפילו נטירותא דעלמא קביל עליה

The question was raised: Where the owner of the premises has assumed responsibility to safeguard [the articles brought in to his premises], what is the legal position? Has the obligation to safeguard been assumed by him [only] against damage from his own [beasts], or has he perhaps also undertaken to safeguard from damage in general? Come and hear: Rab Judah b.
